Warranty, Refund & Support Policy
15-Day No Reason Return Policy
We offer a 15-day no reason return policy to ensure your confidence in our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 15 days of receiving the item, you may return it for a full refund.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase (confirmed by shipping tracking record).
- Items must be in undamaged condition and in their original packaging with all accessories intact.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at support@enventor.net and provide your order number before initiating a return.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the return address.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item, unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
30-Day Quality Problem Replacement or Refund
At EnventorTool, your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 30-day free replacement or refund policy for any quality issues. If your product has manufacturing defects or performance issues within 30 days of purchase, please contact our customer service team at support@enventor.net. Include your order number and a video demonstrating the issue, and we'll promptly arrange a replacement or full refund.
Factory Defective Upon Arrival
For factory defective items identified within 7 days of delivery, please provide clear evidence of the defect. We recommend taking an unboxing video of your parcel and packaging. If the item is defective due to manufacturing issues (not from user modifications), EnventorTool will provide a shipping label and send a replacement after receiving the return. We will cover all shipping costs for defective items.
1-Year Warranty Policy
EnventorTool offers a 1-year warranty for all tools, components, and accessories. Please note that consumable parts and replacement components may not be covered by the warranty.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by:
- Misuse, abuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or neglect
- Defects in consumable parts, or use beyond the expected lifetime of the consumable
How to Claim Your Warranty
To claim warranty service:
- Send an email to support@enventor.net with:
- Your order number or a screenshot of your order
- Clear images and videos showing the problem
- A detailed description of the issue you're experiencing
- Our customer service team will review your claim within 48 hours
- If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the defective item or arrange for a replacement
- For valid warranty claims, EnventorTool will cover the shipping cost for sending replacement items
Return Procedure
If you wish to return an item, please email support@enventor.net. After we verify your return request, we will provide you with the return address.
We have local warehouses in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany. After submitting your application, we will send you the appropriate return address.
Undelivered Packages
Packages in Transit
If your parcel has been in transit for at least 3 months and is presumed lost:
- For orders under $50 USD: You may choose either a one-time reshipment OR a full refund.
- For orders above $50 USD: We will process a 50% refund of your order.
Packages Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check your mailbox or area around your entrance
- Check with family members or neighbors who may have accepted it
- Consider choosing expedited/express shipping with signature requirement for future orders to prevent theft
