ENVENTOR currently provides shipping services primarily to the United States and European markets. We have strategically located warehouses in the following regions:

  • US Warehouse: Covering North America, including the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii
  • European Warehouse: Covering EU member states, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, and other European countries

Through our optimized multi-warehouse distribution network, we are able to provide faster and more economical shipping experiences for customers in these regions.

3.3 Additional Fees for Special Areas

Some remote areas may incur additional shipping fees:

  • Alaska and Hawaii in the US: $10 surcharge on standard rates
  • Remote islands and mountainous regions in Europe: €10 surcharge on standard rates
  • European countries outside the EU: May have additional customs clearance fees

If your location requires additional fees, the system will automatically calculate and display them during the checkout process.

4. Order Processing & Delivery Times
4.1 Order Processing Time
  • Orders placed on standard business days: Processed within 1-2 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays: Processing begins on the next business day
  • During promotional periods or special seasons: May extend to 3 business days
4.2 Estimated Delivery Times

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after dispatch
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days after dispatch

Europe:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days after dispatch
  • Express Shipping: 2-5 business days after dispatch

Note: Actual delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, customs clearance processes, holidays, natural disasters, and other force majeure factors.

4.3 Shipping Delay Handling

If your package exceeds the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@enventor.net. We will communicate with the relevant logistics company and provide you with the latest status of your package as soon as possible.

5. International Shipping & Customs Matters
5.1 Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, and VAT. These fees are levied by the customs of the receiving country and are not included in the fees charged by ENVENTOR. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5.2 Customs Clearance

International packages need to go through customs inspection upon entry. The time required for clearance varies by country, typically 1-5 business days, but may be longer in special circumstances. ENVENTOR cannot control or expedite this process.

5.3 Customs Documentation

We prepare the necessary customs documents, but some countries may require recipients to provide additional information (such as tax ID, identification, etc.). If needed, our customer service team will contact you to obtain the relevant information.

6. Order Tracking System
6.1 Tracking Number Acquisition

After your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can also log into your ENVENTOR account to view the order status and tracking information.

6.2 How to Track Your Package

You can track your package through the following methods:

  • Visit the logistics company's official website and enter the tracking number
  • Log into your ENVENTOR account and view the "My Orders" section
  • Contact our customer service team for assistance
6.3 Tracking Update Frequency

Logistics companies typically update tracking status when packages pass through important nodes. Please note that tracking information updates may be delayed in some regions.

7. Order Modification & Cancellation Policy
7.1 Order Modifications

You can request the following modifications before your order is processed:

  • Change of shipping address
  • Change of shipping method
  • Increase or decrease in product quantity

Once the order status changes to "Processing," no modifications can be made.

7.2 Order Cancellation

Order cancellation conditions are as follows:

  • Orders can be canceled when the status is "Placed" or "Payment Completed"
  • Orders cannot be canceled after the status changes to "Processing" or "Shipped"
  • After cancellation, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-15 business days

8. Package Reception & Verification
8.1 Package Acceptance Considerations

When receiving a package, please be sure to:

  • Check if the package exterior is in good condition
  • If you find obvious damage to the packaging, please inform the delivery person before accepting
  • It's best to record a video when unboxing for potential claim evidence
  • Inspect the product within 24 hours after acceptance
8.2 Package Rejection Policy

Customers may reject packages under the following circumstances:

  • The package exterior shows obvious severe damage
  • Receiving the wrong package (recipient information doesn't match)

If you reject a package, please notify us immediately and specify the reason.

9. Lost or Damaged Package Handling
9.1 Lost Package Claims

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, or if tracking hasn't updated for an extended period, please contact us within 5 business days after the expected delivery date. We will:

  • Initiate an investigation with the logistics company
  • Provide a reshipment or full refund based on the investigation results
9.2 Damaged Package Claims

If you receive items damaged during transport, please within 48 hours of receiving the package:

  • Take photos of the packaging and damaged products
  • Submit a claim application via support@enventor.net
  • Provide the order number and a detailed description of the damage

We will assess the situation and provide a replacement, repair, or refund solution.

  • Returns can be requested within 30 days of receiving the product
  • Products must remain unused and in original packaging
